You will need a hair tie, fabric of your choice, and safety pins.
Pin down both sides in order to have clean edges.
With the inside fabric facing out, pin both sides together with the hair tie in the middle. Then you will sew onto the line.
Flip inside out.
Next, sew along the line, putting both ends together. You could also hot glue it together.
