Rogan is very much a catalyst of chaos, seemingly bringing it with him anywhere he goes, whether it is intentional or not.

The Joe Rogan Experience is easily the most chaotic podcast I have ever had the displeasure of reviewing. This show is beyond wild, with topics varying greatly. Considering how often Rogan, the primary host of this show, talks about DMT and his use of it, it should be apparent why it is so crazy. There have been many memes and infamous moments from the Joe Rogan Experience, from Rogan and Elon Musk smoking marijuana during the show, to Robert Downey Jr. discussing his use of black face for the movie “Tropic Thunder.” The show has been airing since 2009, reaching over 1500 episodes.

Rogan is very much a catalyst of chaos, seemingly bringing it with him anywhere he goes, whether it is intentional or not. It also seems as though he wishes to cause controversy, as he asks his guests questions revolving around some of their most shameful or controversial moments. This is one aspect I can respect, as it never seems like Rogan is asking the questions in a way of attacking the guest. He simply wants to know the details.

Sadly, that is the only positive thing I have to say about the Joe Rogan Experience. Rogan is a chaotic soul and a catalyst for whatever comes with that. The show is often full of seriousness, some of which Rogan and his crew try to break with untimely jokes and comments. I do not believe this is the worst podcast out there, and considering how long it has been running combined with the audience it has developed, I would say most people agree. Despite this, however, my final score still cannot reach a high number. I give the Joe Rogan Experience a 3/10.
